Eleanor Taylor is a Senior Advisor and Defence Sector Expert at BDC. A native of Nova Scotia, she spent 27 years in the Canadian Armed Forces as an infantry officer before transitioning into advisory and leadership roles focused on strengthening collaboration between institutions, communities, and organizations. She is also the founder of Clearline Consulting Solutions and leads Community Mobilization and Advocacy at True Patriot Love Foundation, Canada’s national foundation supporting Veterans, serving members of the Canadian Armed Forces, and their families.

BDC Speaker: Andre Delhommeau

Andre Delhommeau joined the BDC team in April 2026 after serving more than 30 years in the Canadian Armed Forces, retiring as a Colonel, Logistics Officer in the Royal Canadian Air Force. Andre served at the Squadron and Wing level at 8 Wing Trenton several times during his military career, including unit command. He was fortunate to serve with our NATO allies at CC-Air HQ Ramstein, Germany, working in the Tactical Evaluation Division.
